This program is for: Anyone who wants to build safe and functional movement patterns to maximize fitness gains while optimizing form and technique.
This program will help you: Reinforce solid movement patterns, muscular engagement and mind-to-muscle connection. It's a great program to return to over and over again when you need or want a refresher, or just want to challenge yourself with the basics.
What's included: 12 weeks of workouts (4 workouts, 2 mobility/aerobic days, 1 rest day, and lifestyle guidelines).
Equipment needed: Glute loop band(s), long looped resistance band(s), at least one set of dumbbells or kettlebells. If you have access to a barbell, you may use that when indicated.
